The information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, a mark position acquisition unit, and a search range setting unit. The acquisition means acquires measurement data generated by a measurement device provided in a ship. The mark position acquisition means acquires the position of at least one mark provided in the landing location on the basis of the measurement data. The search range setting means sets the search range of the dot matrix of the edge portion of the landing site on the basis of the position of at least one marker.
