The invention discloses a multi-task learning neural network-based intelligent regulation and control method for an automobile air conditioner, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a multi-task learning model of three tasks according to various requirements of an air conditioner thermal comfort system, and then, constructing a feature isolation layer according to the correlation between the three tasks and an automobile connection data feature field; the feature isolation layer is embedded into a multi-task learning model, the model weight can be continuously improved along with data accumulation, then multiple devices of the air conditioner thermal comfort system share one model, and adjusting parameters of an air conditioner switch, temperature setting and an internal and external circulation mode in the air conditioner thermal comfort system are predicted; and finally, packaging the model structure and the model weight after cloud training and verification into a PB-format file, converting the PB-format file into an ONNX-format file, deploying the ONNX-format file at a vehicle end, and performing real-time reasoning. According to the invention, the vehicle end provides the processes of air conditioner switching, temperature adjustment and internal and external circulation mode setting operation for a vehicle owner in different scenes according to the vehicle connection data collected in real time.

    本发明公开了一种基于多任务学习神经网络的汽车空调智能调控方法,首先根据空调热舒适性系统的多种需求构建三个任务的多任务学习模型,然后,根据三个任务与车联数据特征字段的相关性构造特征隔离层,将特征隔离层嵌入到多任务学习模型中,模型权重可以随着数据的积累而不断完善,然后实现空调热舒适性系统多个设备共用一个模型,预测空调热舒适性系统中空调开关、温度设置和内外循环模式的调节参数;最后,将云端训练、验证后的模型结构和模型权重打包成PB格式文件,并转换为ONNX格式文件,部署在车端,进行实时推理。本发明实现车端根据实时采集的车联数据为车主在不同场景下提供空调开关、温度调节、内外循环模式设置操作的过程。
