本发明提供了一种基于电子围栏的船舶航行预警方法及系统,涉及船舶航行预警领域,该方法包括:输入图像至预设图像分割模型,得到目标船舶、障碍物及当前水位高度;输入当前水位高度至预设水域模型,得到动态电子围栏;根据目标船舶的位置信息确定当前速度,根据目标船舶的运动轨迹确定当前航向变化速度;输入当前速度、当前航向变化速度、第一距离以及第二距离至预设船舶航行预警模型,得到风险评估结果,根据风险评估结果,确定目标船舶的航向预警策略。本发明综合考虑当前速度、航向、与障碍物和电子围栏的距离,提高预警准确性,根据水位高度变化幅度,智能地选择动态或静态电子围栏模式,不仅考虑到预警实时性,还能够尽可能降低计算量。
