The method comprises the following steps: acquiring energy storage equipment and work operation information of each layer of equipment in the energy storage equipment; based on the energy storage equipment and the work operation information of each layer of equipment in the energy storage equipment, performing pre-estimation processing on a plurality of performance indexes of the energy storage equipment in a preset time period to obtain pre-estimated values of the plurality of performance indexes of the energy storage equipment; receiving an optimization request for a target performance index of the energy storage equipment; responding to the optimization request, obtaining a reference value of a target performance index of the energy storage equipment, and generating an optimization strategy of the energy storage equipment based on a pre-estimated value and the reference value of the target performance index of the energy storage equipment; and obtaining an optimization instruction corresponding to the optimization strategy, and sending the optimization instruction to the energy storage equipment. Therefore, by adopting the embodiment of the invention, the management requirement of the target performance index of the energy storage equipment can be adaptively met.
