The invention provides an ultrasonic probe for detecting the rail bottom of a service steel rail, a detection device and a detection method. The ultrasonic probe comprises a bicrystal mixed probe for detecting a second detection blind area of the rail bottom and a tricrystal mixed probe for detecting a first detection blind area of the rail bottom; the twin-crystal mixing probe comprises a first shell, a first wafer and a second wafer, wherein the first wafer and the second wafer are arranged in the first shell; the first wafer and the longitudinal extension surface of the steel rail form a first preset included angle, and the second wafer and the longitudinal extension surface of the steel rail form a second preset included angle; the first wafer and the second wafer form a third preset included angle; the tri-crystal mixed probe comprises a second shell, a third wafer and a bimorph, the third wafer and the bimorph are arranged in the second shell, a fourth preset included angle is formed between the third wafer and the longitudinal extension surface of the steel rail, and a fifth preset included angle is formed between the bimorph and the longitudinal extension surface of the steel rail; a sixth preset included angle is formed between the third wafer and the bimorph; according to the invention, the rail bottom of the service steel rail can be effectively and comprehensively detected.
