The split charging production line comprises a plurality of heavy roller beds which are linearly arranged in parallel, each heavy roller bed serves as a split charging station, and a skid is arranged at the top of each heavy roller bed; the storage area comprises a plurality of heavy roller beds and is used for storing sub-assembled frames with skids at the bottoms; the at least two heavy transitional machines are arranged, the heavy transitional machine on the transfer line is used for moving the sub-packaged vehicle frame with the skid from the tail station of the sub-packaging production line to the position above the heavy roller bed in the storage area, and the heavy transitional machine on the line is used for moving the sub-packaged vehicle frame with the skid out of the heavy roller bed in the storage area and transferring the sub-packaged vehicle frame on the line, and the heavy transitional machine on the line is used for moving the sub-packaged vehicle frame with the skid out of the heavy roller bed in the storage area. And the no-load skid returns to the head station of the split charging production line. According to the frame assembly line and the assembly method, the technical problems that a traditional frame structure is low in production and assembly efficiency, and frames are inconvenient to store and transfer after being subpackaged are solved.
