The hoisting steel sleeve is of a hollow columnar structure, and the outer portion of the middle section is an external thread section used for being matched with an internal thread of a hoisting hole of a cabin shell. An internal thread section is arranged in the middle section and is used for being matched and connected with a hoisting bolt; the end, making contact with the lifting connector support, of the middle section is a light cylinder section used for being matched with the lifting connector support. When thread seizure occurs in the cabin section hoisting working condition, the cabin section does not need to be decomposed, and the hoisting steel sleeve assembly can be rapidly replaced by one person on the outer wall of the cabin section.
