The invention relates to a vertical lifting type installation device and method for a large-diameter pipeline in a frame, and the method comprises the following steps: forming three holes in an upper-layer platform of an installation position, enabling a steel wire rope and an auxiliary hook to penetrate through, enabling two holes to penetrate through the steel wire rope, and enabling one hole to penetrate through the auxiliary hook; lifting the main hook to a designed height above the ground and then hovering to a stable state; lifting the auxiliary hook until the pipeline inclines, so that the horizontal distance between two ends of the pipeline is smaller than the length of the platform hole; synchronously lifting the main hook and the auxiliary hook until the lowest point of the pipeline exceeds the platform design height; lowering the auxiliary hook until the pipeline is in a horizontal state; and moving and installing the pipeline. A crane and a set of installation device are used, a large-diameter pipeline is vertically lifted from the interior of the structure, the traditional thinking mode of transverse transportation is changed, a large amount of early-stage preparation work is omitted, fewer temporary measure materials are used, use of machines and manpower is reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced; the cable can be used in a harsh environmental condition, and the installation quality is ensured at the same time.

    本发明涉及一种框架内大直径管道垂直提升式安装装置及安装方法,安装方法包括如下步骤:于安装位置上层平台开三个孔并穿设钢丝绳和副钩,两个孔用于穿设钢丝绳,一个孔用于穿设副钩;提升主钩至离地设计高度后悬停至稳定状态;提升副钩至管道发生倾斜,使管道两端水平距离小于平台孔洞长度;同步提升主钩和副钩至管道最低点超过平台设计高度;下放副钩至管道呈水平状态;移动并安装管道。使用一台起重机及一套安装装置,将大直径管道从结构内部垂直提升,改变横向运输的传统思维模式,取消大量的前期准备工作,使用更少的临时措施材料,减少了机械及人力的使用,加快施工进度,降低施工成本,能满足更严苛环境条件下使用,同时保证安装质量。
