The invention discloses a method for measuring lifting weight by using a single sensor. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) obtaining a function relationship between the rotating speed of a motor and the lifting position of a loading platform; 2) recording the rotation angle values of the force sensor, the acceleration sensor and the motor in real time; (3) two moments when the acceleration sensor displays the same numerical value are found; the method comprises the steps of (1) obtaining the height of the loading platform at two moments according to the function relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the rising position of the loading platform, (5) calculating the distance between the loading platform and two connecting points of the fork arm at the two moments, and (6) calculating the lifting weight. The load weight can be measured through one sensor, and the cost is saved on the basis that the measuring precision is guaranteed.

    利用单个传感器进行举升重量的测量方法,包括步骤:1)得到电机转速与载物平台上升的位置的函数关系;2)实时记录力传感器、加速度传感器、以及电机转角值;3)寻找到加速度传感器显示数值相同的两个时刻;4)根据电机转速与载物平台上升的位置的函数关系,求出两个时刻载物平台高度;5)计算两个时刻载物平台与叉臂两个连接点之间的距离;6)计算举升重量。本发明能通过一个传感器实现对负载重量的测量,在保证测量精度的基础上节约了成本。
