According to the scheme, the mode that a traditional drum brake conducts friction braking on the circumferential side wall of the brake drum is changed, the mode that the two tooth structures are meshed in the axial direction is adopted, the rotation radius of the first tooth structure is remarkably reduced, then the size of the seat part is correspondingly reduced, and miniaturization of a central parking system is achieved.
