The invention discloses an engine electric balance control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of engine control, and discloses an engine electric balance control method which comprises the steps that the starting charge state, the balance charge state and the shutdown charge state of a battery pack are obtained; the current charge state of the battery pack is obtained, when the current charge state is smaller than or equal to the starting charge state, an engine is started, and the engine is used for charging the battery pack; the driving working condition and environment state data of a target vehicle are obtained, and when the engine is started, the target charging power and the target operation rotating speed of the engine are determined based on the current charge state, the balance charge state, the driving working condition and the environment state data; and the engine is operated based on the target charging power and the target operation rotating speed until the current charge state is larger than or equal to the shutdown charge state, so that the operation state of the engine is accurately controlled during electric balance control of the engine, and the charge state of the battery pack is stabilized.
