A circular ring body of the limiting piece coaxially sleeves the supporting sliding rod in a sliding manner, U-shaped seats are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the circular ring body, transverse rods which are correspondingly and transversely connected in the long sliding holes in a sliding manner are arranged at the outer ends of the U-shaped seats, and a limiting adjusting mechanism is arranged between the sliding rod and the circular ring body; the lifting hooks of the lifting appliance can move up and down along the supporting sliding rod to adjust the opening amplitude of the lifting hooks, the hook bodies on the lower portions of the lifting hooks can be inserted into the screw holes by adjusting the opening amplitude of the lifting hooks, and the lifting hooks are locked through the limiting adjusting mechanism. The steel ring can be kept in a stable state during hoisting in a mode that the uniformly distributed lifting hooks are simultaneously stressed and hoisted, the phenomenon that the steel ring slips due to the unstable gravity center of the steel ring is avoided, the operation is relatively convenient, and the safety is relatively high.
