The invention provides a steel rail damage intelligent identification method and system based on YOLOv5, and belongs to the field of railway track flaw detection.The method comprises the steps that clutters in a steel rail damage B-display image are filtered, and the steel rail damage B-display image with the clutters removed is obtained; dividing the clutter-removed steel rail flaw B-display image into a flaw waveform and a non-flaw waveform, respectively performing data enhancement on the flaw waveform and the non-flaw waveform, and constructing a data set of a steel rail flaw identification model; training a steel rail damage identification model by using the data set to obtain an optimized steel rail damage identification model, inputting the clutter-removed steel rail damage B display image into the optimized steel rail damage identification model for identification, and outputting a steel rail damage identification result; the steel rail damage identification result is filtered, and the filtered steel rail damage identification result is displayed in a steel rail damage B display image; the steel rail damage detection precision under the complex scene of the steel rail track can be improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于YOLOv5的钢轨伤损智能识别方法及系统,属于铁路轨道探伤领域,包括:对钢轨伤损B显图像中的杂波进行过滤,得到去除杂波的钢轨伤损B显图像;将去除杂波的钢轨伤损B显图像划分为伤损波形和非伤损波形,对伤损波形和非伤损波形分别进行数据增强,构建钢轨伤损识别模型的数据集;用数据集对钢轨伤损识别模型进行训练,得到优化的钢轨伤损识别模型,将去除杂波的钢轨伤损B显图像输入优化的钢轨伤损识别模型进行识别,输出钢轨伤损识别结果;对钢轨伤损识别结果进行过滤,将过滤后的钢轨伤损识别结果显示在钢轨伤损B显图像中;能够提高钢轨轨道复杂场景下的钢轨伤损检测精度。
