The invention provides a multifunctional battery swap station and a control method of the multifunctional battery swap station. The multifunctional battery swap station structurally comprises a battery swap station body, and an energy storage component is arranged in the battery swap station body; the wind power generation equipment is arranged at the side part of the battery swap station body, and the wind power generation equipment is conductively connected with the energy storage component; the photovoltaic power generation equipment is arranged at the upper part of the battery swap station body, and the photovoltaic power generation equipment is conductively connected with the energy storage component; the microwave pyrolysis solid waste device is arranged in the battery replacement station body, and the microwave pyrolysis solid waste device is electrically connected with the energy storage component; and the charging pile is electrically connected with the energy storage part and is used for charging a vehicle. The multifunctional battery swap station and the control method of the multifunctional battery swap station can solve the problems that an existing battery swap station needs to be connected to a power grid and is single in function.
