The invention provides a highway service area electric power dynamic capacity expansion method considering an electric vehicle charging load. The method is divided into a long-term scheduling optimization stage and a short-term scheduling optimization stage. In the long-term scheduling optimization stage, on the basis of long-term prediction results of wind-light power generation, daily load and electric vehicle charging load power in a micro-grid in a service area, a target function with minimum grid-connected fluctuation is added on the target basis of economical efficiency and low-carbon performance, and a long-term scheduling optimization plan is preliminarily formulated; and obtaining a power change condition between the service area and the power grid. In the short-term scheduling optimization stage, a short-term scheduling optimization plan is carried out on the basis of a long-term result grid-connected power change and a short-term prediction result of each unit in the system by taking optimal operation economy and minimum grid-connected stability as targets.

    本发明提出一种计及电动汽车充电负荷的高速公路服务区电力动态扩容方法,分为长期和短期调度优化两个阶段。长期调度优化阶段以服务区微电网内风‑光发电、日常负荷和电动汽车充电负荷功率的长期预测结果为基础,在经济性和低碳性能的目标基础上增加并网波动最小的目标函数,初步制定长期调度优化计划,得到服务区与电网之间的功率变化情况。短期调度优化阶段以长期结果并网功率变化、和系统内各单元短期预测结果为基础,以运行经济最优、并网稳定最小为目标进行短期调度优化计划。
