The invention discloses an automatic energy complementing device of a new energy electric vehicle orderly charging guide rail type robot. The automatic energy complementing device comprises a control system, a communication interface, an I/O interface, a battery pack BMS system, a code scanning system, a driving system, a photoelectric switch and a walking mechanism. The control system performs information interaction with the battery pack BMS system and the code scanning system through a communication interface, is used for detecting the electric quantity and confirming the charging position, and also senses the running state of the robot through an I/O interface and a photoelectric switch; the control system controls the driving system to drive the robot to move on the walking mechanism according to information detected and sensed by the electric quantity of the robot so as to achieve accurate and automatic energy supplementation, the energy supplementation problem of the guide rail type charging robot in long-time operation is solved, the operation efficiency and reliability of the guide rail type charging robot are improved, manual intervention is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了新能源电动汽车有序充电导轨式机器人的自动补能装置,包括控制系统、通讯接口、I/O接口、电池组BMS系统、扫码系统、驱动系统、光电开关和行走机构;所述控制系统通过通讯接口与电池组BMS系统、扫码系统行信息交互,用于电量检测以及对充电位置的确认,还通过I/O接口和光电开关感知机器人的运行状态;所述控制系统根据机器人电量检测和感知的信息通过控制驱动系统驱动机器人在行走机构上运动来实现精准自动补能,解决了导轨式充电机器人在长时间运行中的能量补给问题,提高其运行效率和可靠性,减少人工干预,降低维护成本。
