The invention discloses a movable supporting leg intelligent safety system and a crane. The movable supporting leg intelligent safety system comprises a movable supporting leg device, a supporting leg automatic locking device, a stay wire sensor, a detection block, a controller and a displayer. The movable supporting leg device comprises a first-section movable supporting leg, a second-section movable supporting leg, a fixed leg and a vertical oil cylinder; according to the landing leg automatic locking device, a lock pin extends out of an oil inlet and retracts into the oil inlet to control stretching and retracting of a piston, and after the piston extends out, the piston is inserted into a corresponding pin shaft hole to lock a landing leg; the landing leg automatic locking device detects whether the piston is located at the extending position or the retracting position through the lock pin retracting detection switch and the lock pin extending detection switch and outputs corresponding signals. According to the invention, the span requirement of the supporting leg is taken as a boundary condition, the telescopic logic sequence of related components such as the first-stage supporting leg, the second-stage supporting leg, the vertical oil cylinder, the supporting leg lock pin and the like is judged through the matching of various mechanisms, and the telescopic of each component is further controlled through the driving device, so that the purpose of intelligently guaranteeing the safety of the movable supporting leg is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种活动支腿智能安全系统及起重机,包括活动支腿装置、支腿自动锁止装置、拉线传感器、检测块、控制器与显示器;活动支腿装置包括一节活动支腿、二节活动支腿、固定腿与垂直油缸;支腿自动锁止装置通过锁销伸出进油口、锁销缩回进油口来控制活塞的伸缩,活塞伸出后,插入对应的销轴孔对支腿进行锁止;支腿自动锁止装置通过锁销缩回检测开关与锁销伸出检测开关来检测活塞处于伸出还是缩回位置并输出相应信号。本发明以支腿跨距需求为边界条件,通过各种机构的配合,来判定一二级支腿、垂直油缸、支腿锁销等相关部件的伸缩逻辑顺序,进一步通过驱动装置来控制各部件的伸缩,来达到对活动支腿的安全进行智能保障的目的。
