The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring a relay image acquired by a camera, a relay detection chip output detection signal acquired by a sensor and alternating current charging pile relay voltage values acquired by a voltage sensor at a plurality of preset time points, then performing feature extraction and correlation analysis on the three parts by using a deep learning technology, and finally, performing classification through a classifier. Therefore, the abnormal or fault condition of the relay can be found in time, the safety risk and the equipment damage can be avoided, and the safety and the reliability of the charging pile can be improved.
