The rotary hanging beam structure comprises an upper base and a lower base which are fixedly connected to a ship body structure, the upper base is fixedly provided with a waist round pipe, and the lower base is fixedly provided with a supporting pipe; the rotary hanging beam structure further comprises a hanging bracket which can rotate in the kidney-shaped round pipe and the supporting pipe and can be detached from the kidney-shaped round pipe and the supporting pipe. The hanging bracket comprises a vertical pipe, a transverse pipe and an inclined pipe; the upper part of the vertical pipe penetrates through the waist round pipe; the lower part of the vertical pipe penetrates through the supporting pipe; the transverse pipe and the inclined pipe are fixedly connected to the vertical pipe, and the inclined pipe is fixedly connected to the transverse pipe; the transverse pipe and the inclined pipe are located between the kidney-shaped round pipe and the supporting pipe. The device has the advantages of detachability and plug and play, and can be widely applied to various working areas; and the bottom layer space of the cabin is greatly saved.
