The invention relates to the technical field of traffic monitoring, and particularly discloses an intelligent monitoring method and system based on a highway entrance, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a vehicle driving stable value based on a vehicle confluence abnormal signal, comparing the vehicle driving stable value with a threshold value, generating a signal whether vehicle driving is stable or not, obtaining a confluence region accident occurrence probability value based on a vehicle driving unstable signal, and obtaining a vehicle confluence region accident occurrence probability value; the method comprises the following steps: monitoring vehicle running stability, comparing the vehicle running stability with a threshold value, generating an accident occurrence probability signal, adjusting the vehicle confluence running speed based on the accident occurrence probability signal, obtaining a confluence running speed adjustment value, and completing optimization and adjustment of vehicle confluence running, the vehicle running stability is monitored, and the confluence running speed is adjusted when the vehicle running stability is detected to be unstable. Therefore, the accident risk in the confluence area caused by out-of-control or improper operation of the vehicle can be effectively reduced, and the traffic jam caused by the accident is reduced.

    本发明涉及交通监控技术领域,具体地公开了一种基于高速入口的智能监测方法及系统,基于车辆合流异常信号,获取车辆行驶稳定值,与阈值进行比较,生成车辆行驶是否稳定信号,基于车辆行驶不稳定信号,获取合流区域事故发生概率值,与阈值进行比较,生成事故发生概率大小信号,基于事故发生概率大信号,对车辆合流行驶速度进行调整,得到合流行驶速度调整值,完成对车辆合流行驶的优化调整,通过监测车辆行驶稳定性并在检测到不稳定时调整合流行驶速度,从而可以有效降低因车辆失控或操作不当导致的合流区域事故风险,减少了因事故造成的交通拥堵。
