The invention relates to a heat management integration module and a new energy vehicle. The heat management integration module comprises a cooler, a refrigerant side assembly, a refrigerant side runner plate, a cooling liquid side runner plate and a cooling liquid side assembly, the cooling liquid side assembly and the cooler can be communicated through a first circulation channel in the cooling liquid side runner plate to form a plurality of sets of cooling liquid side heat exchange circulation open circuits, and the refrigerant side assembly and the cooler can be communicated through a second circulation channel of the refrigerant side runner plate to form a plurality of sets of refrigerant side heat exchange circulation open circuits. The cooler is used for heat exchange of the refrigerant side heat exchange circulation open circuit and the cooling liquid side heat exchange circulation open circuit. The refrigerant side runner plate is provided with a heat insulation groove penetrating in the thickness direction of the refrigerant side runner plate, and a heat insulation groove is formed between at least part of the adjacent second circulation channels so as to cut off heat transfer between the adjacent second circulation channels. According to the thermal management integration module and the new energy vehicle provided by the invention, the problem that a thermal management system is difficult to meet high integration level and low heat mixing at the same time is solved.
