The invention provides a control system and method for actively reducing wind resistance of a tractor. The control system comprises a vehicle speed collection module, a temperature collection module, a trailer information collection module, a corner information collection module, a central control module, an air inlet grille control module, a flow guide cover control module, an active suspension control module and a sliding saddle control module. Vehicle speed information, engine water temperature information, height information of a trailer, distance information between the trailer and a cab and steering wheel corner information are collected through the vehicle speed collection module, the temperature collection module, the trailer information collection module and the corner information collection module respectively and sent to the central control module to be analyzed and judged, and a control instruction is generated; the air inlet grille control module, the air guide sleeve control module, the active suspension control module and the sliding saddle control module receive control instructions sent by the central control module and control state changes of the air inlet grille control module, the air guide sleeve control module, the active suspension control module and the sliding saddle. The problem that an existing tractor is high in oil consumption due to large wind resistance is solved.

    本发明提供一种牵引车主动降低风阻的控制系统及方法,包括:车速采集模块、温度采集模块、挂车信息采集模块、转角信息采集模块、中央控制模块、进气格栅控制模块、导流罩控制模块、主动悬架控制模块和滑动鞍座控制模块;通过所述车速采集模块、温度采集模块、挂车信息采集模块和转角信息采集模块分别采集车速信息、发动机水温信息、挂车的高度信息、挂车与驾驶室间距离信息和方向盘转角信息,并发送至中央控制模块进行分析判断,生成控制指令;所述进气格栅控制模块、导流罩控制模块、主动悬架控制模块和滑动鞍座控制模块接收中央控制模块发送的控制指令,控制进气格栅控制模块、导流罩控制模块、主动悬架控制模块和滑动鞍座的状态变化。本发明解决了现有牵引车风阻大导致油耗高的问题。
