The invention discloses a flywheel locking control method and system for a single planet row type hybrid gearbox, and the method comprises the steps: arbitrating a received flywheel swing request, and activating the flywheel locking control after the arbitration is passed; after entering a flywheel locking control process, adding the target generator swing torque and the engine friction correction torque to obtain an original target generator torque value; according to the original target generator torque value and the negative value of the original target generator torque value, flywheel swing is carried out once; in the swinging process, the maximum value of the original target generator torque value is limited, and the maximum value of the original target generator torque value and the maximum value of the slope of a curve fitted by the negative value of the original target generator and time are limited; setting abnormal swing stopping protection; and judging that two times of swinging of the flywheel are completed, and realizing complete locking of the flywheel. According to the invention, the locking of the engine flywheel can be accurately controlled in an ECVT dual-motor pure electric driving mode.

    本发明公开了一种单行星排式混动变速箱的飞轮闭锁控制方法及系统,其中方法包括步骤:仲裁接收到的飞轮摆动请求,仲裁通过后激活飞轮闭锁控制;进入飞轮闭锁控制过程后,将目标发电机摆动扭矩和发动机摩擦修正扭矩加和,得到原始目标发电机扭矩值;分别根据所述原始目标发电机扭矩值和其负值进行一次飞轮摆动;在摆动过程中,限制原始目标发电机扭矩值的最大值,并限制原始目标发电机扭矩值和其负值与时间拟合的曲线斜率的最大值;设置摆动异常中止保护;判断两次飞轮摆动均完成,实现飞轮的完全闭锁。本发明能够在ECVT双电机纯电驱动模式下,精准控制发动机飞轮的锁止。
