The invention provides a self-adaptive ship body curved surface supporting device and a control method. The self-adaptive ship body curved surface supporting device comprises supporting units installed on a transport trolley in a rectangular array mode, and any supporting unit comprises a lifting oil cylinder fixedly connected with the transport trolley and a self-adaptive supporting assembly arranged at the lifting end of the lifting oil cylinder; the self-adaptive supporting assembly comprises a base plate and a top plate, an electromagnetic chuck is arranged at the upper end of the top plate, the top plate and the base plate are connected through a parallel mechanism arranged between the base plate and the top plate, and the top plate is hinged to the lifting end of the lifting oil cylinder through a supporting column and a ball bearing. The method comprises the steps of an active lifting stage, a preliminary positioning stage and a fixed lifting stage. By arranging the parallel mechanism and the ball bearing structure, if the jacking position deviates, the electromagnetic chuck slides on the surface of the ship section through extrusion of the jacking oil cylinder until sliding stops, the current intensity is increased, the electromagnetic chuck generates the maximum adsorption force, the parallel mechanism is locked, and positioning is achieved; and a foundation is provided for subsequent safe lifting and transportation.

    本发明提供了一种自适应船体曲面支撑装置及控制方法,包括呈矩形阵列安装在运输小车上的支撑单元,任一支撑单元包括与运输小车固定连接的举升油缸和设置在举升油缸举升端的自适应支撑组件;自适应支撑组件包括底盘和上端设置有电磁吸盘的顶盘,顶盘和底盘通过设置在底盘和顶盘之间的并联机构连接,顶盘通过支柱与举升油缸举升端通过球轴承铰接。方法包括步骤主动抬升阶段、初步定位阶段和固定举升阶段。本发明通过设置并联机构和球轴承结构,如果顶升的位置有偏差,通过顶升油缸的挤压,使电磁吸盘在船段表面产生滑移,直至滑移停止,增大电流强度,使电磁吸盘产生最大吸附力,并锁定并联机构,实现定位,为后续的安全举升和运输提供基础。
