The construction method comprises the steps that a basic sensing device is arranged at the bottom of a pre-hoisting point, and a plurality of laser emitters vertically emit visual laser upwards to form a laser channel; a lifting appliance is arranged at an irradiation point of the displacement sensor; a first attitude sensor is arranged on the outer surface of the hoisting hoistway pipeline, and attitude information of the hoisting hoistway pipeline in the hoisting process is obtained in real time; lifting the hoistway pipeline from the bottom by using a lifting appliance, carrying out pipeline lifting operation according to a preset lifting path and steps, and meanwhile, monitoring the posture and position of the hoistway pipeline in real time; the server updates the digital twin shaft pipeline hoisting model; the server judges whether the posture and position parameters of the hoisting hoistway pipeline meet the requirements of the monitoring indexes or not, and if not, a pause instruction is sent to the industrial personal computer; after the hoisting hoistway pipeline is hoisted to a preset position, the hoisting hoistway pipeline is fixedly installed; and the steps are repeated, and hoisting of all the hoistway pipelines is completed.
本发明公开了井道管道吊装装置、系统及施工方法,施工方法包括:在预吊点底部设置基础传感装置,若干激光发射器向上垂直发射的可视化激光形成激光通道;在位移传感器照射点处设置吊具;在吊装井道管道外表面设置第一姿态传感器,实时获取吊装井道管道在吊装过程中的姿态信息;使用吊具从底部托举吊装井道管道,按照预定的吊装路径和步骤进行管道吊装操作,同时实时监测吊装井道管道的姿态和位置;服务器更新数字孪生井道管道吊装模型;服务器判断吊装井道管道的姿态和位置参数是否满足监测指标的要求,若否,则向工控机发送暂停指令;当吊装井道管道吊装至预定位置后,固定安装吊装井道管道;重复上述步骤,完成所有吊装井道管道的吊装。
