The invention discloses a dual-power-supply hybrid power system and hybrid power equipment, and relates to the technical field of hybrid power control, the dual-power-supply hybrid power system comprises a hydrogen fuel cell module, a lithium battery module, a DC-DC direct current voltage stabilization module, a main control module and a load, the output end of the hydrogen fuel cell module is connected with the input end of a DC-DC direct current voltage stabilization power supply, and the fuel cell module is connected with the lithium battery module in parallel; the output end of the lithium battery module is connected with the input end of the DC-DC direct-current stabilized power supply, the input end of the lithium battery module is connected with the output end of the hydrogen fuel battery module, so that the lithium battery module can be reversely discharged during forward charging, and the output end of the DC-DC direct-current stabilized power supply is connected with a load; the main control module responds to the cell starting signaling to start the hydrogen fuel cell module; an air inlet valve starting signaling is sent to an air inlet electromagnetic valve of the hydrogen fuel cell module; and indicating the DC-DC direct-current stabilized power supply to control the hydrogen fuel cell module to output according to a preset stepped linear characteristic, wherein the preset stepped linear characteristic is designed based on a load stepped increasing linear design.
