The invention discloses a multi-source heterogeneous fault diagnosis method and device for a drive-by-wire chassis of electric carrying equipment. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing a multi-source signal acquisition and preprocessing method; step 2, on the basis of the preprocessed multi-source signal preprocessed in the step 1, a heterogeneous system of the electric carrying equipment is processed; 3, on the basis of the step 2, multi-source heterogeneous information fusion is carried out, and the preprocessed data of different sensors and systems are integrated into unified diagnosis information; and 4, based on the fault features extracted in the step 3, performing fault diagnosis and judgment on the fusion information by using a decision tree, and identifying whether the vehicle has a functional fault or not. According to the invention, by effectively integrating the multi-source signals, the limitation of only depending on a single signal source in the prior art is solved, the function state of the vehicle can be more comprehensively judged, and the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis are remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动运载装备线控底盘多源异构故障诊断方法及装置,包括以下步骤:步骤一:构建多源信号的采集与预处理方法;步骤二:基于步骤一中预处理后的预处理多源信号,对电动运载装备的异构系统;步骤三:在步骤二的基础上,进行多源异构信息的融合,将预处理后的不同传感器和系统的数据整合为统一的诊断信息;步骤四:基于步骤三中提取的故障特征,利用决策树对融合信息进行故障诊断与判定,识别车辆是否存在功能性故障。本发明通过对多源信号进行有效整合,解决了现有技术中仅依赖单一信号源的局限性,能够更加全面地判断车辆的功能状态,显著提高故障诊断的准确性和可靠性。
