The invention discloses a drive-by-wire chassis safety redundancy control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of unmanned driving, and the method comprises the steps that the driving state of a vehicle is monitored; when the driving state is the master control fault state, the vehicle is controlled to start a redundancy control mode; and based on the redundancy control mode, control instructions are sent to a motor controller so as to carry out drive-by-wire chassis safety redundancy control, and the control instructions comprise a driving instruction, a braking instruction and a torque limiting instruction. According to the invention, the efficiency and reliability of redundancy control of the drive-by-wire chassis can be improved under the condition that other system parts of the whole vehicle are not increased.
