The invention discloses a freight transport system of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a loading method. The freight transport system comprises a loading mechanism, a side guide device, a mechanical two-way lock, a rolling rod conveying device and a forward limiting mechanism which are all mounted on a floor in a cabin of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The loading mechanism is located at the rear end in the unmanned aerial vehicle cabin. An angle adjusting mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the loading mechanism. The side guiding devices are located on the left side and the right side of a floor in an unmanned aerial vehicle cabin correspondingly and are parallel to the axis of the unmanned aerial vehicle cabin, and the distance between the two side guiding devices is the same as the width of a pallet. At least one mechanical two-way lock is arranged on each of the two sides of a floor in the unmanned aerial vehicle cabin, the mechanical two-way locks are located on the inner sides of the side guiding devices, and the rolling rod conveying devices are located between the two mechanical two-way locks in two rows; the forward limiting mechanism is located in the unmanned aerial vehicle cabin in the direction close to the head. The cargo loading and unloading efficiency is improved, and the limiting precision and reliability of cargoes on the unmanned aerial vehicle are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机的货运系统及装载方法,包括均安装在无人机舱内地板上的装载机构、侧导向装置、机械式双向锁、滚棒传输装置和前向限位机构;装载机构位于无人机舱内后端,装载机构后端设置有角度调节机构;侧导向装置数量至少为两个,分别位于无人机舱内地板左右两侧,平行于无人机舱体轴线,两个侧导向装置间距与货盘宽度相同;无人机舱内地板两侧各设置至少一个机械式双向锁,机械式双向锁位于侧导向装置内侧,滚棒传输装置分两列位于两个机械式双向锁之间;前向限位机构位于无人机舱内靠近机头方向。提高了货物装载和卸载效率,而且极大地提高了货物在无人机上的限位精度和可靠性。
