The invention provides an underground equipment hoisting system and method. The underground equipment hoisting system comprises a translation track arranged at the opening of a well pit, a hoisting frame installed on the translation track, a hoisting mechanism installed on the hoisting frame and a hoisting bracket located in the well pit, and the hoisting frame comprises a steel truss and a steel hoisting beam fixedly erected at the top of the steel truss. The steel truss is in sliding connection with the translation track through pulleys at the bottom, and a horizontal thrust oil cylinder is arranged on one side of the steel truss; the hoisting mechanism comprises at least two groups of steel strand hoisting ropes and hydraulic lifting mechanisms, and the hydraulic lifting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the steel hoisting beam, are respectively connected with the hoisting bracket through the steel strand hoisting ropes and are used for hoisting underground construction equipment arranged on the hoisting bracket. The underground large equipment can be rapidly hoisted and transferred, the problems that traditional hoisting and transferring are long in time consumption and low in work efficiency are solved, and the square truss is simple and stable in structure and suitable for hoisting of various underground large equipment.
本发明提供了一种井下设备吊装系统及方法。所述井下设备吊装系统包括布设在井坑口平移轨道、安装在平移轨道上的吊装架、安装在吊装架上的吊装机构和位于井坑内的吊装托架,所述吊装架包括钢桁架和固定架设在钢桁架顶部的钢吊梁,所述钢桁架通过底部的滑轮与平移轨道滑动连接,在钢桁架的一侧设有水平推进油缸;所述吊装机构包括至少两组钢绞线吊绳和液压提升机构,所述液压提升机构对称安装在钢吊梁上,分别通过钢绞线吊绳与吊装托架连接,对置于吊装托架上的井下施工设备进行吊装。本发明能够快速吊装井下大型设备并移运,不仅解决了传统吊装转运耗时长且工效低的问题,而且方形桁架结构简单稳定,适用多种井下大型设备吊运。
