The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle indirect type heat pump type whole vehicle heat management system, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle heat management, the heat management system comprises a refrigerant loop, a motor water loop, a warm air water loop and a battery water loop, a first plate heat exchanger is arranged between the refrigerant loop and the motor water loop for heat coupling, and a second plate heat exchanger is arranged between the motor water loop and the battery water loop; a second plate heat exchanger for heat coupling is arranged between the refrigerant loop and the warm air water loop, and a third plate heat exchanger for heat coupling is arranged between the refrigerant loop and the battery water loop; the motor water loop and the battery water loop can be connected in series through a first communication mechanism, and the warm air water loop and the battery water loop can be connected in series through a second communication mechanism. According to the heat management system, under the high-temperature working condition, secondary condensation can be achieved through the first plate heat exchanger, and the refrigeration performance can be rapidly improved; in an extremely low temperature environment, a heat source is provided for a warm air water loop and a battery water loop by using a motor effect-reducing heating function, and a traditional water PTC heating function is replaced.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车间接式热泵型整车热管理系统,涉及电动汽车热管理技术领域,热管理系统包括制冷剂回路、电机水回路、暖风水回路、电池水回路,制冷剂回路与电机水回路间设有第一板式换热器用于热量耦合,制冷剂回路和暖风水回路间设有第二板式换热器用于热量耦合,制冷剂回路与电池水回路间设有第三板式换热器用于热量耦合;电机水回路、电池水回路间可通过第一连通机构形成串联,暖风水回路、电池水回路间可通过第二连通机构形成串联。本发明的热管理系统可在高温工况下,通过第一板式换热器实现二次冷凝,可快速提升制冷性能;在极低温环境下,利用电机降效制热功能为暖风水回路、电池水回路提供热源,取代传统水PTC加热功能。
