The invention provides a heat management system of a new energy engineering machinery vehicle, which comprises a refrigerant loop and a motor water cooling loop, the refrigerant loop comprises a compressor, a heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separator, a condenser, an evaporator and a heat exchange plate, and the compressor is communicated with an outdoor heat exchanger, the condenser, the evaporator and the like through a stop valve, an electronic expansion valve and the like; the circulation of the refrigerant is realized; the motor water cooling loop comprises a centrifugal water pump, a to-be-cooled motor, a radiator and an expansion water tank, cooling water is circularly conveyed to the to-be-cooled motor through the centrifugal water pump to be cooled, meanwhile, the heated cooling water can serve as a heat exchange source in the refrigerant loop, and waste heat of the motor is fully utilized. According to the heat management system, cab refrigeration, dehumidification, heating and motor cooling are integrated, rapid switching of various working modes such as cab refrigeration, powerful dehumidification, common dehumidification, heat pump heating and motor cooling can be achieved through centralized control, and flexible use and control in various environments can be met.

    本发明提供了一种新能源工程机械车辆的热管理系统,包括冷媒回路和电机水冷回路,冷媒回路包括压缩机、换热器、气液分离器、冷凝器、蒸发器和热交换板,压缩机通过截止阀、电子膨胀阀等与室外换热器、冷凝器、蒸发器等连通,实现冷媒的循环;电机水冷回路包括离心水泵、待冷却电机、散热器、膨胀水箱,通过离心水泵将冷却水循环输送给待冷却电机进行冷却,同时被加热的冷却水还能作为冷媒回路中的热交换源,充分利用电机余热。该热管理系统将驾驶室制冷、除湿、加热与电机冷却集成,通过集中控制可实现驾驶室制冷、强效除湿、普通除湿、热泵制热、电机冷却等多种工作模式的快速切换,能够满足多种环境下灵活使用控制。
