The light energy conversion mechanism is movably arranged at the top end of the framework, the light receiving surface faces upwards when the light energy conversion mechanism is in a first state, and the backlight surface faces upwards when the light energy conversion mechanism is in a second state; the cleaning mechanism is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the top of the framework, and the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning the light receiving surface of the light energy conversion mechanism; the high-pressure air injection mechanism is fixedly arranged at the top end of the top of the framework and used for cleaning the backlight face of the light energy conversion mechanism; and the temperature adjusting mechanism is arranged below the lower end of the top end of the framework, and the temperature adjusting mechanism is used for fixing the charging pile and adjusting the temperature in the charging pile. According to the invention, solar energy can be utilized to the maximum extent, the photovoltaic panel is protected, and the charging pile is cooled.
