The invention discloses a firer rotation driving device capable of outputting torque. The firer rotation driving device comprises a hollow shell structure; the igniter is arranged at one end of the hollow shell structure and used for outputting axial power to an inner cavity of the hollow shell structure; the spiral motion structure is located in an inner cavity of the hollow shell structure and used for moving along a spiral track under the action of power output by the igniter; the torque transmission structure is arranged on the hollow shell structure, the torque transmission structure and the hollow shell structure can rotate relative to each other but limit the degree of freedom of relative axial sliding, one part of the torque transmission structure is connected with the spiral motion structure, and the torque transmission structure and the spiral motion structure can slide relative to each other in the axial direction but limit the degree of freedom of relative rotation; therefore, the torque transmission structure is driven by the spiral motion structure to rotate, and the other part of the torque transmission structure is located outside the hollow shell structure to output torque. The pyrotechnic rotation driving device can give full play to the advantages of small size and strong driving capability of the pyrotechnic rotation driving device.
