The invention discloses a large-amplitude hybrid arm overhead working truck and an amplitude control method. The overhead working truck comprises a chassis, an auxiliary frame, a built-in movable supporting leg, a rotary table, a first-stage telescopic arm, a second-stage telescopic arm, a crank arm, a platform, a first connecting rod mechanism and a second connecting rod mechanism. The built-in movable supporting leg is installed in the auxiliary frame box body through the internal oil cylinder and the telescopic system, the maximum span of the supporting leg is increased by increasing the length of the movable supporting leg, and therefore the maximum operation range of the whole vehicle is increased; the first-stage telescopic arm is of a five-section telescopic structure, adopts step-by-step telescopic, and is mounted on the rotary table through a pin shaft and a variable-amplitude oil cylinder, so that outward movement of the gravity center of the arm frame is reduced under the same amplitude, and the operation amplitude of the whole vehicle is improved; and meanwhile, the second-stage telescopic arm is installed on the first-stage telescopic arm through the first connecting rod mechanism, by adopting the method that the first-stage telescopic arm and the second-stage telescopic arm are used for controlling the amplitude separately, combined control over multiple amplitudes is conducted, and amplitude maximization is achieved on the premise that the stability of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种大幅度的混合臂高空作业车及幅度控制方法,高空作业车包括:底盘、副车架、内藏式活动支腿、转台、一级伸缩臂、二级伸缩臂、曲臂、平台、第一连杆机构、第二连杆机构。本发明内藏式活动支腿通过内部油缸及伸缩系统安装于副车架箱体内,通过增加活动支腿的长度增加支腿最大跨距,从而增加了整车最大作业幅度;一级伸缩臂为五节伸缩结构,采用分步伸缩,通过销轴及变幅油缸安装于转台上,在同等幅度下减少臂架重心外移,提高整车的作业幅度;同时二级伸缩臂通过第一连杆机构安装在一级伸缩臂上,通过采用一级伸缩臂、二级伸缩臂分开控制幅度的方法,进行多种幅度组合控制,在保证整车的稳定性前提下,实现幅度最大化。
