The invention relates to the technical field of offshore floating transportation, in particular to a large-diameter single-pile offshore floating transportation device which comprises a steel pile and a sealing cover arranged at the front end of the steel pile and used for sealing a front opening of the steel pile, and a blocking device used for blocking a rear opening of the steel pile is further arranged at the rear end of the steel pile. The blocking device comprises a curved-surface end socket body and an annular plate arranged on the edge of the end socket body, a clamping block which is driven by a piston assembly to swing at an angle is arranged on the convex surface of the end socket body, and the contact face of the clamping block and the steel pile is in a tooth shape. The sealing head type structure is plugged to the tail of the steel pile, the clamping blocks driven by the piston assembly and the inner wall of the steel pile are fixedly clamped, the plugging device is limited to be not disengaged from the tail of the steel pile, the clamping blocks with the tooth-shaped faces are tightly attached to the inner wall of the steel pile, the anti-disengagement safety is improved, and meanwhile the sealing effect is further improved through the external water pressure effect during transportation; the device is easy and convenient to manufacture, good in economical efficiency and good in application and popularization value.

    本发明涉及海上浮运技术领域,具体涉及一种大直径单桩海上浮运装置,包括钢桩和设置在钢桩前端的用于封住钢桩前开口的封盖,所述钢桩的后端还设置有用于堵住钢桩后开口的堵塞装置;所述堵塞装置包括一曲面封头体和设置于封头体边缘的环板,所述封头体的凸面上设置有以活塞组件驱动角度摆动的卡块,且所述卡块与所述钢桩的接触面为齿状。本发明采用封头形式的结构塞到钢桩的尾部,通过活塞组件驱动的卡块与钢桩内壁实现固定夹紧,限制封堵装置不会从钢桩尾部脱出,带齿状面卡块紧贴钢桩内壁,提高防脱安全性,同时运输时外水压作用,有利于进一步提高密封效果,本发明制造简单方便,经济性较好,有良好的推广应用价值。
