The opening direction of each first V-shaped structure and the opening direction of each second V-shaped structure deviate from one center hole. Every two adjacent first magnetic steel holes between every two adjacent groups of magnetic steel holes form a third V-shaped structure, and each magnetic isolation hole is used for isolating one third V-shaped structure from the peripheral surface of the rotor. The rotor punching sheet provided by the invention is provided with the magnetic isolation holes matched with the magnetic steel holes based on variable magnetic leakage characteristics, so that a motor rotor formed by the rotor punching sheet can adjust a magnetic field in response to q-axis current of a motor stator, the speed regulation range is large, and extra demagnetization current is not needed.
