Meanwhile, a lower extending edge is fixedly connected to the lower side of the pedal mat body, a pedal mat structure is arranged on the surface of the pedal mat body, multiple sets of anti-skid particles are evenly and fixedly connected to the bottom of the pedal mat structure, and the friction force between the pedal mat structure and the compartment bottom plate can be enhanced through the arrangement of the anti-skid particles, so that the probability of sliding between the pedal mat structure and the compartment bottom plate is reduced.

    本发明公开一种车辆用预制型TPV热塑性弹性体踏垫及其生产工艺,通过采用一种车辆用预制型TPV热塑性弹性体踏垫的生产工艺对TPV热塑性弹性体踏垫进行生产加工,其生产方法包括如下步骤:配料、投料、添加软化剂、添加硫化剂、加热搅拌混合、投入注塑挤出机以及模具成型,车辆用预制型TPV热塑性弹性体踏垫,包括踏垫本体,所述踏垫本体左侧固定连接有侧延边,且踏垫本体上侧固定连接有上延边,同时踏垫本体下侧固定连接有下延边,所述踏垫本体表面设置有踏垫结构,踏垫结构的底部均匀固定连接有多组防滑粒,防滑粒的设置,可增强踏垫结构与车厢底板之间的摩擦力,以降低踏垫结构与车厢底板之间发生滑动的概率发生。
