The invention provides an opening degree control method and system for an active air inlet grille and an electric vehicle. The method specifically comprises the following steps that after the vehicle is started, whether a vehicle-mounted air conditioner is started currently or not is detected; if the detection result is no, the opening degree of a first active air inlet grille required by thermal management of a motor, a battery and a vehicle-mounted air conditioner refrigerant serves as the opening degree of the active air inlet grille; if the detection result is yes, when the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is in the refrigeration working condition, the first active air inlet grille opening degree and the second active air inlet grille opening degree are synthesized to form the active air inlet grille opening degree, and when the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is in the heating working condition, the first active air inlet grille opening degree and the third active air inlet grille opening degree are synthesized to form the active air inlet grille opening degree; the second active air-inlet grille opening degree is the active air-inlet grille opening degree required by the refrigeration working condition, and the third active air-inlet grille opening degree is the active air-inlet grille opening degree required by the heating working condition. A control strategy corresponding to the opening degree of the active air inlet grille is designed for thermal management control under different working conditions, and under the condition that the opening degree of the active air inlet grille required by thermal management is met, the wind resistance of the air inlet grille is reduced as much as possible.

    本发明提供了一种主动进气格栅的开度控制方法、系统及电动汽车该方法具体如下:在车辆启动后,检测车载空调当前是否启动;若检测结果为否,将电机、电池及车载空调制冷剂热管理所需的第一主动进气格栅开度作为主动进气格栅的开度;若检测结果为是,车载空调处于制冷工况时,综合第一主动进气格栅开度及第二主动进气格栅开度形成主动进气格栅开度,车载空调处于制热工况时,综合第一主动进气格栅开度及第三进主动气格栅开度形成主动进气格栅的开度;第二主动进气格栅开度为制冷工况所需的主动进气格栅开度,第三主动进气格栅开度为制热工况所需的主动进气格栅开度。对不同工况下的热管理控制设计了对应主动进气格栅开度的控制策略,在满足热管理所需的主动进气格栅开度的情况下,尽可能的降低进气格栅的风阻。
