The stop assembly is movably inserted into the pin hole in the radial direction; the quick-release pin shaft is movably inserted into the pin shaft moving hole in the axial direction; and a locking section and an unlocking section with different outer diameters are arranged on the quick-release pin shaft. The paddle assembly has the advantages that the paddle is quickly disassembled and assembled, the operation is simple, and the connection stability of the paddle assembly and the base assembly is high.
