And the hoisting winch lowers the hoisting steel wire rope hoisting component.     本发明涉及一种大跨度钢箱拱桥大吨位构件安装方法,在两幅拱肋分别设置两台拱上吊机,每台拱上吊机上设一台起重卷扬机和一台平衡卷扬机,同一拱肋上的两台拱上吊机有一定间距并通过连接绳连接,两拱肋上横桥向相对的每两台拱上吊机间设置调距钢丝绳,调距钢丝绳两端分别与两拱上吊机上的平衡卷扬机连接;4台拱上吊机通过设置在桥两端的牵引卷扬机牵引在拱肋上空载行走,行走过程中调距钢丝绳处于放松状态,使两拱肋上的拱上吊机可自动适应两幅拱肋的间距变化,行走到起吊位置,平衡卷扬机收紧调距钢丝绳,起重卷扬机下放起重钢丝绳吊装构件。本发明对等截面和变截面拱桥均适用,且能够起吊大节段大吨位构件,施工效率高。
