The light-weight cab structure comprises a cab outer cover and a cab framework, the cab framework comprises a bottom frame, a ring beam, two anti-collision beams and a plurality of auxiliary beams, the ring beam is connected to the upper portion of the bottom frame and connected with the front end of a vehicle body, the two anti-collision beams are connected to the front side of the bottom frame and connected with the ring beam, and the auxiliary beams are connected with the two anti-collision beams. The auxiliary beams are connected between the two anti-collision beams or between the anti-collision beams and the ring beams. According to the light-weight cab structure, the underframe, the ring beam and the two anti-collision beams form the frame structure, the stable cab framework is formed by combining the arrangement of the auxiliary beams, the cab outer cover wraps the cab framework, the cab outer cover and the cab framework form the stable cab structure, and the cab structure has the advantages of being convenient to install and simple in structure; and the requirement for lightweight design of the cab is met, and the cab is suitable for urban trains with different cab shapes, good in universality and wide in application range.

    本发明提供了一种轻量化司机室结构及轨道车辆,包括司机室外罩和司机室骨架,司机室骨架包括底架、圈梁、两个防撞梁以及若干个辅助梁,圈梁连接于底架上方、且与车身前端相连,两个防撞梁分别连接于底架前侧、且与圈梁相连,辅助梁连接于两个防撞梁之间或防撞梁与圈梁之间。本发明提供的轻量化司机室结构,底架、圈梁以及两个防撞梁形成框架结构,结合多个辅助梁的设置,形成了稳定的司机室骨架,司机室外罩包覆于司机室骨架外部,二者形成稳定的司机室结构,上述司机室结构具有安装方便、结构简单的优点,满足了司机室轻量化设计的需求,适用于不同司机室外形的市域列车,通用性良好,适用面广泛。
