The invention provides a lifting appliance for rapidly lifting a piston and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of lifting. Comprising a base body, a vertically-through mounting inner cavity is formed in the base body, a plurality of supporting blocks are evenly distributed on the periphery of the lower end of the base body, the supporting blocks are movably connected with the base body, a top column is vertically arranged in the mounting inner cavity of the base body in a penetrating mode, and a cone structure larger than the radial size of the mounting inner cavity is arranged at the lower end of the top column. The lower end of the base body, the supporting block in the natural drooping state and the cone structure at the lower end of the jacking column can penetrate through a piston pin hole C of the piston in a clearance mode, and when the cone structure is driven by the jacking column to move upwards, the supporting block is opened to make contact with the inner wall face of the piston pin hole C of the piston. A safety locking structure enabling the cone structure to continuously keep the supporting block open is arranged on the upper portion of the top column. According to the invention, the collision and scratch risks in the piston hoisting process are reduced, the hoisting potential safety hazard is avoided, rapid positioning and safe and efficient hoisting are realized, and the transfer and processing quality is improved.
