The invention discloses a road unevenness estimation method based on a vehicle acceleration signal, and relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering. According to the method, a nonlinear whole vehicle model based on polynomial fitting tire and damper nonlinear dynamic characteristic experimental data is provided, a data set of the model is used for training an NARX neural network, and an efficient road unevenness estimation system is established; a G-NARX neural network model more suitable for random excitation is also used, and the G-NARX model shows better performance in the aspect of road unevenness estimation. The road unevenness classification system collects vertical acceleration signals through vehicle-mounted acceleration and then inputs the signals into a neural network to calculate the root-mean-square of the road space power spectral density so as to realize road unevenness estimation. On-site tests are carried out on three typical road surfaces of the Chengdami city of Hubei province in China, and the robustness of a road unevenness estimation system of the model is proved.

    本发明公开了一种基于车辆加速度信号的道路不平度估计方法,涉及车辆工程技术领域。本发明提出基于多项式拟合轮胎和减震器非线性动力学特性实验数据的非线性全车模型,该模型的数据集用于训练NARX神经网络,建立了高效的道路不平度估计系统;还使用更适合随机激励的G‑NARX神经网络模型,G‑NARX模型在估计道路不平度方面表现出更优的性能。道路不平度分类系统通过车载加速度收集垂直加速度信号,然后将这些信号输入神经网络,以计算道路空间功率谱密度的均方根,从而实现道路不平度的估计。通过在中国湖北省十堰市的三种典型道路表面进行了现场测试,证实了本申请模型道路不平度估计系统的稳健性。
