The invention discloses a luffing tower crane hydraulic system and a control method. The luffing tower crane hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, a system controller, a motor, a load-sensitive pump, an oil cylinder control valve group, a load-sensitive multi-way valve and a hydraulic cylinder. The oil cylinder control valve group comprises a pressure type balance valve; an oil outlet of the load-sensitive pump is connected with an oil inlet of the load-sensitive multi-way valve through a first oil way, the load-sensitive multi-way valve is connected with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder through a second oil way and a third oil way respectively, and the second oil way is connected with the rod cavity through the pressure type balance valve. A pressure type balance valve is arranged, so that the hydraulic cylinder is effectively prevented from shaking and crawling, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is effectively prolonged; by arranging the load-sensitive multi-way valve, cavitation and burning of a piston main seal in the hydraulic cylinder are effectively avoided, the service life of the hydraulic cylinder is effectively prolonged, meanwhile, the telescopic speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be effectively increased, and therefore the working efficiency of the whole machine is improved.

    本发明公开一种变幅式塔机液压系统和控制方法,包括:油箱、系统控制器、电机、负载敏感泵、油缸控制阀组、负载敏感多路阀和液压缸。油缸控制阀组包括压力型平衡阀;负载敏感泵的出油口通过第一油路与负载敏感多路阀的进油口相连,负载敏感多路阀通过第二油路和第三油路分别与液压缸的有杆腔和无杆腔相连,第二油路通过压力型平衡阀与有杆腔相连。通过设置压力型平衡阀,有效避免了液压缸出现抖动、爬行的情况,并有效延长液压缸的使用寿命;通过设置负载敏感多路阀,有效避免了液压缸内的活塞主密封气蚀、烧伤的情况发生,有效延长了液压缸的使用寿命,同时,还能够有效提升液压缸的伸缩速度,从而提升整机的工作效率。
