Hydrogen is guided into the header pipe through the gas releasing assembly, then the recycling valve and the releasing valve are regulated and controlled, so that the hydrogen in the header pipe flows into the recycling pipeline and/or the first releasing pipeline, then the hydrogen releasing device for the hydrogen refueling station vehicle can flexibly switch the working modes according to actual requirements, and the problems that the hydrogen releasing risk is high, and the safety is high are solved. And resource waste is caused.
