The invention provides an expressway traffic safety supervision method and system based on big data analysis, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the speed of a vehicle based on the information of time points when the vehicle passes through two roadside units, and judging whether the vehicle is overspeed; determining a vehicle standard load based on the vehicle identity information, and determining whether the vehicle is overloaded based on the vehicle weight information and the vehicle standard load; determining a vehicle standard passenger number on the basis of the vehicle identity information, recognizing the number of passengers in the vehicle by using an image recognition model on the basis of the vehicle image information, and judging whether the vehicle is overloaded on the basis of the vehicle standard passenger number and the number of passengers in the vehicle; the total driving duration of the vehicle is determined based on the time point information of the vehicle passing through the plurality of roadside units, whether fatigue driving occurs is determined based on the stay duration of the vehicle in the service area and the total driving duration, and if overspeed, overload or fatigue driving occurs, an alarm is sent to the vehicle-mounted unit through the roadside units. And if the alarm time length is greater than the preset time length, sending a notification to the management end.

    本发明提供一种基于大数据分析的高速道路交通安全监管方法及系统,该方法的步骤包括:基于车辆在两个路侧单元经过的时间点信息计算车辆速度,判定车辆是否超速;基于车辆身份信息确定车辆标准载重,基于车辆重量信息和车辆标准载重判定车辆是否超载;基于车辆身份信息确定车辆标准核载人数,基于车辆图像信息采用图像识别模型识别车内人数,基于车辆标准核载人数和车内人数判定车辆是否超员;基于车辆在多个路侧单元经过的时间点信息确定车辆的总驾驶时长,基于车辆在服务区的停留时长和总驾驶时长判定是否疲劳驾驶,若出现超速、超载或疲劳驾驶的情况,则通过路侧单元向车载单元发出告警,若告警时长大于预设时间长度,则向管理端发出通知。
