The invention discloses a compartment thermal management system, method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the field of compartment thermal management. The internal combustion engine module comprises a generator; an electric loop of the generator and a thermal circulation loop of the internal combustion engine are connected with the temperature control module; the temperature control module controls a power loop of the generator to be connected with the storage battery module or/and the heating module; the temperature control module controls a heat circulation loop of the internal combustion engine to be connected with the heating module. The heating end of the heating module is located in a compartment module temperature control area. The temperature control module comprises a temperature detection end and a timing detection end; the temperature detection ends are located inside and outside the temperature control area; and the timing detection end triggers timing according to the signal state of the temperature detection end. According to the scheme, starting and stopping of the engine are set, the rest time period of people is avoided, meanwhile, the charging time of the storage battery is prolonged, the discharging time of the storage battery is shortened, and the redundancy of maintaining the temperature of the compartment is increased.
