The invention provides an aircraft fuel tank explosion-proof system and an aircraft, in the system, a gas release lock mechanism is installed at a bottle opening of an inerting gas bottle, the gas release lock mechanism is provided with three outlets which are respectively connected with a filter, a gas outlet and a three-way one-way valve, and a pipeline warmer is arranged on a pipeline between the gas release lock mechanism and the filter; the filter is connected to an inlet of the pressure reducer, and the pressure reducer is mounted in the pressure reducer heating box; the pressure reducer is provided with two outlets, one outlet is connected with an inlet of the small-flow electromagnetic valve through a guide pipe via the flow-limiting warmer, and the other outlet is connected with an inlet of the large-flow electromagnetic valve through a guide pipe. An outlet of the small-flow electromagnetic valve is connected with one sedimentation tank, the one-way valve and the nozzle through pipelines; and an outlet of the large-flow electromagnetic valve is connected with the other sedimentation tank, the one-way valve and the floater valve through pipelines. High-pressure air does not need to be introduced from the engine and the outside, so that the engine power and the use of an environment control system are not influenced; the system is simple in structure, light in weight and low in use cost.

    本发明提供一种飞机油箱防爆系统及飞行器,该系统中惰化气体瓶瓶口安装有气体释放锁机构,气体释放锁机构设有三个出口,分别与过滤器、放气口、三通单向阀连接,气体释放锁机构和过滤器之间管路上设有管路加温器,过滤器连接至减压器入口,减压器安装在减压器加温盒内部;减压器设有两个出口,一个通过导管经限流加温器与小流量电磁阀入口连接,另一个通过导管与大流量电磁阀入口连接;小流量电磁阀出口通过管路与一个沉淀池、单向阀、喷嘴连接,大流量电磁阀出口通过管路与另一个沉淀池、单向阀、浮子活门连接。无需从发动机及外部引入高压空气,不会对发动机功率和环控系统的使用产生影响;该系统结构简单、重量较小、使用成本低。
