The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine electric energy storage, and particularly relates to a coal mine underground winch electric energy recovery device which comprises a winch. The forward and reverse rotation detection mechanism is arranged on an output shaft of the winch, and the forward and reverse rotation detection mechanism is used for detecting forward rotation or reverse rotation of the winch; one end of the controllable clutch is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the winch; an input shaft of the generator is fixedly connected with the other end of the controllable clutch; the winch, the forward and reverse rotation detection mechanism and the controllable clutch are electrically connected with a controller. The forward and reverse rotation sensor can automatically control connection or disconnection of the controllable clutch through forward rotation or reverse rotation of the second transmission shaft, the operation safety and efficiency are improved, the structure is simple, work is stable, automation can be achieved on the premise that no extra device is added, meanwhile, voltage rise of the generator is restrained, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明属于煤矿电力蓄能技术领域,尤其涉及一种煤矿井下卷扬机电能回收装置,包括卷扬机;正反转检测机构,正反转检测机构设置在卷扬机的输出轴上,正反转检测机构用于检测卷扬机正转或反转;可控离合器,可控离合器一端与卷扬机的输出轴固定连接;发电机,发电机输入轴与可控离合器另一端固定连接;卷扬机、正反转检测机构、可控离合器电性连接有控制器。本发明的正反转传感器可以通过第二传动轴的正转还是反转来自动控制可控离合器的接合还是断开,提高了操作的安全性和效率,结构简单,工作稳定,能够在不增加额外装置的前提下,实现自动化,同时抑制发电机电压升高,减少能源消耗。
